After years of building in the trades, and co-founding the Tri Point name, I stepped forward to create something sharper, leaner, and more aligned with my values — Vitality Builders. My name is Josh Cleaver, a licensed Michigan residential builder with deep experience in decks, roofing, renovations, and project management.
